Cast-In Heaters

Cast-In Heaters can come in ALL shapes and sizes. As one of the most durable types of heaters, these can come at a pretty high cost. However that is often offset by their lifespan. When installed properly we have seen these heaters last a VERY long time.

Bees Industrial can help you with all of your Cast-In Heater needs, from standard designs to extremely custom designs... From low volume to OEM volume... Bees can do it all! Please contact us for a quote or to discuss your specific application!

Cast-In Band Heaters

Cast-In Band Heaters are frequently manufactured out of aluminum alloys. Casting alloys such as AL 319 and AL 356 are extremely good thermal conductors. However these alloys have limited operating temperatures (700 deg. F for AL 319 and 750 deg. F for AL 356). For higher temperature applications, we offer Yellow Brass (1200 deg. F) and Bronze (1350 deg. F).

Cast-In Platen Die Heaters

Cast-In Platen heaters are an excellent choice for excellent reliability and great thermal conductivity. Often used on plastic dies, these heaters can be manufactured and machined to meet even the tightest tolerances. With a variety of terminations, optional cooling tubes and multiple materials Bees can help source the best heater for your application!
