The process involves going to each machine within your facility and documenting all of the specs for each replaceable part we supply. It is similar to the specs you would give when you call to replace a bad part, but it is done BEFORE the product is needed. This information is then stored in our system so reordering is simply a matter of calling and letting us know what machine and what component location.
